This online seminar will be presented by Dane Jensen, CEO, Performance Coaching, the partner organization in the Medcan Coaching program. Dane will discuss how to turn intention into sustainable action towards healthier outcomes with strong workforce engagement, drawing on insights from the world of sport.

The seminar will cover:

  • The process of behaviour change across four stages of awareness
  • How to jumpstart change that sticks
  • The role of the coach in creating an environment with the right mix of support and accountability
