In this online seminar, Dr. David Macklin, Director of Weight Management, discusses how resilience helps to overcome the inevitable setbacks that happen on the path to reaching a healthy weight.

From 5:30 to 5:50 p.m., Dr. Macklin will share his perspectives on:

  • How resilience is developed
  • The role of positive fact-based thinking
  • How the learning process can benefit your weight and overall well being
